How do I get paid?
You will get paid once a week on an
agreed upon day, your loan must be funded and the Final HUD 1
issued and the broker check has been turned in.
How much do I get paid?
Net Branch partners will get 90%, we
will get 10% + $195.00, it's that simple.
What states are you in?
We are everywhere, if you would like
to originate in every state we will provide all the details when
you sign up, certain states have some restrictions. We are
licensed as Independent Realty Capital Corp and Independent

Are you a direct lender?
Yes, we can fund Freddie Mac or Fannie
Mae A paper and subprime mortgages in-house, however you can
broker your loans anywhere if you would like to. We have no
restrictions. In house rates and fees are comparable with everyone
else, but you have more control on the in house programs and we go
to docs real fast, with same day underwriting.
Are you approved with my favorite
lender?
Yes, and if for
some strange reason we are not just get us the broker package and
we will complete and submit to be approved within 24 hours.
What about my current Pipeline?
We recommend you finish out your
existing loans, that have been originated with your current
company and do the right thing, however if you are being treated
unfairly, by all means switch it over to us.
How hard is it to get approved?
We try to make it as easy as
possible. We want to approve you and work with you, we provide
same day approvals, simply complete call us and we will email you our net branch
approval package, fax it back ASAP and lets roll.
