Process
The first step is to
allow us to email you, our Net branch mini application.
We will provide a
quick 24 hour approval, in case you need to make a change quick.
We will follow up
with a contract outlining our agreement in respect to commission

We will then have
our key people in the corporate office call you and introduce
themselves, and clarify there role in facilitating the loan
process and payroll process.
We like to
communicate via email and website, we will provide website log in
instructions.
All of our
licenses and programs are available there, and we will provide a
list of the lenders that we are approved with, which is just about
everyone.
We will also
assist you in getting set up to pull credit right away.
If you are
interested in providing loans in a variety of states, we will need
to know ASAP.
Our commission
payout is one of the highest in the industry and is never changed
or re-adjusted, it is real cut and dry.
We will also keep
you updated with any market changes and industry news as it
happens.
You will get paid
every week like a clock.
Home Based
Loan Officer
Even if you want
to originate from the house or originate loans part time, we can
work with you.
The commission
level is 50% for you, we get 50% + $195 per deal.
Your job will be
to originate and provide a complete package for processing and
close your customer on rate & fees.
We will handle
the rest.
We currently have
over 200 home based originators pumping out anywhere from 2-10
loans each a month.
We will provide
the tools to get you setup and close more deals, you will lock
your own loans online.
We will email you
rates everyday direct to your inbox.
Fax or Email your
file to us in the Point format for 1 hour approval.
Once you get
going and can set up your full Net Branch you can request the 90%
commission level at any time.
